Our Rose, like her namesake, is pretty,
charming, and loves a good time.  Her
pedigree incorporates the best of our
breeding program which emphasizes both show and
working excellence.
She is an excellent retriever, a wonderful
mum, and a joy to live with.  She is now enjoying her
retirement running our
house for us.

Buttercup is our flower-child. She's pretty, sweet, a
free spirit who loves everyone and everything.
Her pedigree is impeccable and goes back to one of
Duckless' sisters.  We feel privileged to have her
with us and are very thankful to Price and Sherry
Jessup for making it possible. Buttercup is now enjoying her
retirement helping with our mail.
She finds it delicious.

She is pointed in very limited showing. She
has her father's bomb-proof temperament and
her maternal grandfather's joie de vivre and
like both of them is a wonderful retriever.
She is enjoying her retirement with our Webmaster. Her
duties include gardening, mattress testing, quality control
in the kitchen, and visiting us on a weekly basis where
she voices her opinion on the behavior of the other dogs.
"Bee"

"Bee" has OFA Good Hips
and elbows and is Optigen A1. She was
WB, BOW, and BOS at the LRCGB
Specialty her first time shown. "Bee" also
has her father's bomb-proof temperament,
gentle nature, desire to please, intelligence
and retrieving ability. We will be eternally
grateful to Mary Jane Egerton (Waterfoot)
for parting with this wonderful girl who is
so dear to us. Bee is now retired and looks after all the
other dogs. Her most recent assignment was helping
care for her great grand-children.
She is the heart of our family.

again…given us another wonderful black girl!
“Leda” has her mother’s zest for life coupled with
her father’s “Duckless” temperament. She is our
“party animal.” We hope to breed her in the Spring.

father’s sweet and solid temperament coupled with her
mother’s  bubbling attitude. Her hobbies include retrieving,
couch-sitting, recipe testing and puppy kindergarten
teacher. She’s our nominee for Mother of the Year.
